The event organisers, sportessex and essex outdoors (Essex County Council), take your safety as our number one priority. It is important to acknowledge that adventurous sports are hazardous, and risk can never be completely mitigated, but we will do our best to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable day!

As well as enjoying the day the event organisers hope that the experience will also encourage you to take up adventurous sports more regularly and you will find in the event village a number of local clubs and activity providers who will be keen to develop your interest. It is important that you develop your skills through these provides as it can be dangerous participating in adventurous activities without proper instruction. It is also important to acknowledge that the majority of the land the event is held on is private, and we therefore ask you not trespass onto the land after the event.
